LAV Roles and Responsibilities
Lunar Audio-Visual, can set up, operate and tear down audio-visual and lighting equipment when necessary. This includes microphone, speaker, projector, screen monitors, lighting and other technical components.
The company will ensure that all A/V equipment is properly stored, inventoried and maintained to prevent damage or loss.
LAV will coordinate and oversee management of third-party groups who may be contracted to assist with events.We will troubleshoot technical issues to provide on-the-spot solutions to ensure uninterrupted event production.
LAV will work closely the events'operations team to meet event requirements and ensure high-quality Audio, Video and Lighting support.LAV will assist in testing and maintaining A/V systems to ensure proper funtionality before events.
